These relationships are important to us and we are determined to support our Cormack Candidates in finding their Dream Job to the best of our abilities.

We don’t always have a current Client with an ACTIVE job opening to suit their specific skills when these talented individuals are ACTIVE Job Seekers.
The Solution:

“THE SHORTLIST”- an avenue for us to highlight an elite group of Cormack Candidates that are ACTIVELY looking for work, in hopes of finding a match with an ACTIVELY hiring Employer.
The Value:
Business Owners and/or HR Managers can be introduced to a SHORTLIST Candidate for a nominal fee*, ultimately saving you countless hours of Recruitment and potentially thousands of dollars in regular Placement fees. For the Candidates, there is absolutely NO COST associated with participation.
*Fees will vary depending on seniority level of the Candidate in question as well as any Additional Services that the Employer is looking to attain from Cormack.
