Cormack on Demand is a subscription service ideal for small to mid-sized businesses that do not have a complete HR department, but still need occasional HR support. For a monthly fee, you’ll receive an allotment of one-on-one consulting hours with one of our HR Experts as well as discounts on our Policies for Purchase, Recruitment Services and Cormack Connects services. At Cormack, we understand that HR issues don’t always occur between the hours of 9-5. That’s why we offer a 24-hour email service exclusively for our Cormack on Demand Clients which allows you to reach out and request support when you need it. A Cormack HR Expert will respond to your message within 24 hours of receipt – guaranteed!

Includes:

  • 2 hours/month of one-on-one consulting with a Cormack HR Expert
  • 15% discount on additional consulting hours, if required
  • 15% discount on our Policies for Purchase library


Cost: $350/month OR $900 + GST if 3-month subscription paid in full (SAVE $150)

  • All benefits of Bronze Subscription + 2 additional hours of one-on-one consulting (total of 4 hours/month)

Cost: $700/month + GST billed monthly OR $3,500 + GST if 6-month subscription paid in full (SAVE $700)
